GETTING HERE:
If you are coming from North of Ventura:
Take the 101 Freeway and exit at Main Street. Continue on to Ventura Ave, turn right at Santa Clara, and then make a left turn into the parking structure when you pass California St.
If you are coming from South of Ventura:
Take the 101 Freeway and exit at California Avenue. Make a right on to California Ave, and then a right at Santa Clara Ave. Turn right into the parking structure.
PARKING:
The best parking opportunity is just ‘catty corner’ from the main parking structure in Downtown Ventura. Parking there is FREE. Here is a link to the other parking lots in the downtown area of Ventura. Parking link.
BUILDING ENTRANCE:
The building at the corner of California St and Santa Clara Ave is a beautiful 95 year old work of architecture! The ground floor is used by commercial entities. The entrance we will be using is on the side of the building facing Santa Clara, just about 50 feet down from the corner.
Our registration will be located just inside the building. Knock or ring and we’ll let you in, get you your badge and then you can take the stairs or elevator to the second floor. ConQuest Ventura has the entire second floor for our shenanigans.
ON SITE REGISTRATION:
Please have some form of official identification to show us if you have pre registered for the event. If you have friends (or enemies – we aren’t picky as long as they follow the Code of Conduct!) we will have QR Codes available for them to buy their tickets through their phones. We will accept cash, but exact change only please, no exceptions. (The only change we will have on hand will be for the snacks, just some 1’s and 5’s.) There are banks with ATMs located within a block.
EVENT REGISTRATION:
All event registration for all programming will happen via Warhorn. Warhorn has been being used for decades in the Organized Play communities to great success. We look forward to it doing the job for all the games. Stay tunes for more details.
HOURS OF OPERATION:
Registration Opens:
Friday at 1pm, Saturday & Sunday at 8:30am
Note: There is no admittance to the building after 9pm on Friday and Saturday.
Games End:
Friday & Saturday at 11pm, Sunday at 7pm.
Vendor Hours:
Friday from 4pm – 8pm, Saturday from 10am – 6pm, Sunday from 10am – 2pm
Flea Market:
Friday from 8pm – 10pm.
Note: There is absolutely no selling allowed in the venue unless registered as a vendor during vendor hours or as a Flea Market seller during Flea Market hours.
Snack Bar:
Will be open when registration is open. We will have sodas and water for $1/can or bottle. Chips and Candy will be $1 each. Exact change is appreciated.
We have a remarkable number of eateries within walking distance of the venue for most all pocketbooks! We will put a list together and if we don’t email it in advance, we will have it available to download to your phone. It won’t be exhaustive, just some of my favs. 🙂
