THE VENDOR ROOM AND ARTIST ALLEY AREAS OF THE CONVENTION WILL BE OPEN AND FREE TO THE PUBLIC DURING NORMAL VENDOR ROOM HOURS OF OPERATION!
Vendor tables are in the Vendor and Exhibitors Hall and is locked down tight every evening. The cost is $150 and includes two vendor passes, a six foot table, and two chairs. The space is approximately 8×8 feet. A limited number of additional vendor passes can be purchased at $30 each.
Artist alley space is available for only $60. You are provided with a six foot long table, and just enough room behind it to sit. There will likely be no wall behind you. All items sold must have been made (written, crafted, painted, etc.) by the person at the table. These spaces are not secured overnight, so you will need to pack up and set up your table each day. A very limited amount of space is available, for a small fee, to store your goods each night. This table comes with one convention pass. Additional helper passes are available for $30.
For both Vendors and Artist Alley folks, there is no Wi-Fi available, we can suggest a mifi rental solution for about ten dollars a day.
Vendor Room hours:
Friday: 2pm- 8pm (Vendor Load In: 10am – 2pm) (Artist Load In: Noon – 2pm)
Saturday: 10am – 6pm
Sunday: 10am – 3pm.
